Coaching for pastors and ministry leaders
Lead well.
Live well.
Last.
Leadership asks a lot from you. I help pastors build the health, habits, and capacity to lead well at church, at home, and in life — for the long haul.

You spend your life leading everyone else. Who's helping you lead yourself?
You carry the team, the congregation, the budget, the vision, the conflict, the decisions, and a steady stream of other people's problems.
And you're probably pretty good at it.
But when you're the person everyone counts on, your own health, your marriage, your energy, and your walk with God can quietly slide down the list.
Usually nothing dramatic happens. You just find yourself with a little less to give than you did before.
Your leadership is only as sustainable as the life supporting it.
The Six Areas
Six areas. One leader.
These aren't separate parts of your life. They affect each other. Strength in one area often strengthens another. Neglect in one eventually shows up somewhere else.
Foundation
Spiritual
A personal relationship with God that exists apart from sermon prep and everything you carry for other people.
- Personal spiritual health
- Identity
- Disciplines
- Time with God
Leadership capacity
Your leadership capacity isn't determined by leadership skill alone.
Leadership capacity is your ability to carry responsibility well over time.
Leadership skill matters. But knowing how to lead doesn't automatically mean you have the capacity to keep carrying what leadership asks of you.
Your spiritual health, physical health, emotional health, family health, leadership effectiveness, and personal performance all affect how much responsibility you can sustainably carry.

Leadership Capacity
Your ability to carry responsibility well over time.
Cracks in the foundation rarely show up as foundation problems. They show up in your energy, patience, decisions, relationships, leadership, and ability to carry the weight of the role.
The Leadership Capacity Assessment
How strong is the person behind the leadership?
The free assessment looks at all six areas and gives you a clear picture of where you're strong, where you're drifting, and what may be limiting your capacity right now.

1:1 Coaching for Pastors
You don't need another conference. You need someone in your corner.
You probably don't need more information about leadership. You need a place to think honestly about your own life, leadership, health, relationships, and what's getting in the way.
Coaching gives you a place where you don't have to be the pastor in the room. You get to be the one who's being developed.
- An outside perspective
- Honest feedback
- Practical tools
- Structured conversations
- Real accountability
- Questions worth sitting with

About Troy
I've spent most of my life leading too.
For more than 25 years, I've led across business, nonprofit organizations, ministry, and entrepreneurship. I've served as an Executive Pastor, built teams, led organizations, and experienced firsthand the weight that comes with being the person others depend on.
One thing I've learned: leadership doesn't stay neatly at work.
How you're doing spiritually, physically, emotionally, and at home eventually shows up in how you lead.
That's why my coaching focuses on the whole person behind the leadership.
I'm professionally trained as a coach through Performance Consultants International and currently serve as COO of Daily Routine Fitness, an online coaching company I run alongside my wife, Rachel.
I know what it's like to carry responsibility in more than one direction at once. My goal isn't simply to help you become a better leader. It's to help you build a life that can sustain the leadership you've been called to.
Your ministry needs a healthy leader. So does your family. So do you.
Start by getting an honest picture of where you are today and what may be limiting your capacity.
